The historic issues of older designed Wet Collectors are “access to scrub and mist elimination modules for maintenance/replacement”

Having serviced most of all major manufacturers of Wet Collectors, Schubert Environmental Equipment recognized a continuing problem with these equipment designs, with the cumbersome and sometimes dangerous access to clean and repair Scrub Modules and Sludge Ejectors (sometimes Mist Eliminators) as these were all welded to the interior of the unit. These would require Confined Hazardous Space Training and Certification. This is seldom done to OSHA requirements and could present safety and legal issues.

Then not only does our Patent resolve this, but now offers the ability to change the design of the Scrub Modules to conform to a new application or loading concentrations.
