HydroAIR® customer invests in four large systems for Mexico Facility

A recent Schubert Environmental Equipment sale was a shipment to Mexico of four DBS-8 HydroAIR Scrubbers (8,000 cfm). This is the second purchase by a major manufacturer that polishes and buffs stainless and other metal alloy fixtures.

Previously in 2010, this firm purchased two of our DBS-6 HydroAIR Wet Collector Scrubbers to be ducted to ten, two station polishing/buffing lathes for use in their US location.

Back in 2010 the convenience of having two smaller high efficiency Wet Scrubbers was the reasoning to replace a bulky 80-year-old design Wet Collector. Additionally, this existing unit was extremely hard to clean and maintain with nearly inaccessible internal componentry.

These four new HydroAIR units going to the Mexico Facility have the new Patented Insertable Variable Performance Scrub Modules, which make maintenance and service issues a thing of the past. Other HydroAIR features like four Probe Auto Water Level Control and three Magnehelic® Gages represent the latest designs in the Industry. With the three gages monitoring external static, scrub impeller loss and mist eliminator static, the operator continually knows the exact status of the Scrubber and which zone is functioning to specifications.
