This includes detailed examination of the interior tank, mist collection, and blower sections for any evidence of structural or metal failures. Then a cleanout of any accumulated debris. The final and most important step is a 3-day test operation at full performance to verify that the equipment is operating completely and properly according to its original specifications and condition as of the day it was shipped new.

The HydroAIR® Line of Wet Explosive Dust Downdraft Tables are state-of-the-art in the Industry. This 4 ft. wide Downdraft Table meets all OSHA/NFPA requirements for Combustible Metal Dust Capture and Collection. This Unit in 304 Stainless (as all HydroAIRs) sells now for over $35,000. It has Auto Water Level Control using Delta Pressure across the Scrub Modules. The 5 hp. Blower supplies 4,000 cfm spread over the 4 ft. wide x 3 ft. deep Table for the highest tabletop capture velocity in the Industry. It was purchased used a couple of months ago and has gone through full Refurbishment and Testing, and is offering the New Unit Warranty of 1 year parts and labor. Presently wired 460-3-60 with Motor Starter attached and also meeting the NFPA requirement of Auto Shut Off in the case of supply water turn off or blockage. Requires a “step deck” trailer for shipping. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs, or pick up locally in Illinois.
