REFURBISHED DRY COLLECTOR CARTRIDGE AND BAGHOUSE UNITS
SEE does a full refurbishment of DRY Dust Collectors upon receipt. This includes detailed examination of the interior filter, clean air, and blower sections for any evidence of structural or metal failures. Then, a cleanout of any accumulated debris. New Filters are installed. The final and most important step is a 3-day test operation at full performance to verify that the equipment is operating completely and properly according to its original specifications and condition as of the day it was shipped new.

4ft DUALDRAW Wide Down Back Draft Table – $1,000
This Dualdraw 4 ft. Wide Down/Back Draft Table with replaceable filters has a number of dry dust/fume applications. It was used as a demo unit for approx. 15 years. It has been carefully refurbished as needed and equipped with new filters as shown. The side wings offer excellent containment of dust and fumes (dry). Buyer is responsible for shipping costs, or pick up locally in Illinois.
Dust Collector – $7,800
Open Face Work Station Dust and Smoke Control Unit. This RA-8 (8 Cartridges) was repurchased 6 years after it was sold, as the Application it was used on was eliminated by the Company. It can be used for a wide variety of Dry Dust and Smoke Applications, like Welding (most Common). Other applications can be general dust generation by stone or steel grinding. High-temperature Sparking Applications need to be monitored and addressed depending on the Setup.
It has the “Automatic” ON-OFF cartridge self-cleaning using Compressed Air Internal Pulsing that will drop the dust off the Cartridges into the bottom of the Unit (that has a Collection Tray). It has been thoroughly checked out at Schubert Environmental and equipped with New Cartridges. It is functioning as new and offers the Standard 1-year Warranty, Parts and Labor. Has Starter and Disconnect presently set up for 230-3-60. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs, or pick up locally in Illinois.
